Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed we do our very best to get your items out as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for your items to ship. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your item ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after 5 business days please reach out to with the subject line 'ORDER' to inquire about your purchase. During the holiday season, please allow up to 5 business days for your shipping confirmation email with a 2 day grace period before emailing your purchase inquiry with the subject line above.

If you need your item in a timelier matter, please opt to choose a speedier shipping rate at your expense. We currently only ship within the United States. Some additional charges
may apply to items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Online Return Policy

Quality is important to us! If you are unhappy with the item we will gladly accept a
return for store credit within 30 days of purchasing. To be eligible for a
return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received
it. It must also have the original tags on the purchased item.

Non-returnable items:
*items smelling of cigarette smoke or perfume
*items marked with make-up or deodorant
*items with animal hair on them
* Gift cards
* Sales items
* Bralettes



Please email with a subject line ‘RETURN’ before returning your item. We cannot accept returns of items that have not emailed prior to returning. We will not be able to issue a refund for paid shipping costs that are to or from Due South. 

Discounts/Coupons/Coupon Codes

One discount/coupon/or coupon code may be used per customer, per transaction. In addition to any discounts/coupons, one earned reward may be used per customer, per transaction.

In Store Returns/Exchanges

Online items can be returned/exchanged in store. Please email us at to let us know which items you would like to return/exchange before coming to the store. Because our online inventory is separate from our store inventory, it could take 2-5 business days to fully process the return/exchange. If we do not have an item readily available to exchange in store, we will need time to get the inventory from our online warehouse. In the same way, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item back from you in store.  

Damaged Upon Arrival/Wrong Item

Please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your wrong/damaged item at with the subject line ‘WRONG ITEM’ or ‘DAMAGED ITEM’. Make sure to include your name and order number within the email. We will do our best to
exchange your item for the correct item however, we cannot promise the item will still be available. If the item you received was damaged and we no longer have the size needed to exchange we will offer a refund. Once the incorrect item is received back, we will issue an exchange/refund. You will ONLY be refunded if we are out of stock of the item in the size requested. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged/store credited, sale items cannot be refunded.
Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only issue store credit once we
receive and inspect your return. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return
to be processed once we receive it.
